1 frozen piecrust
1 c. shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Omelet fillings of your choice: ham, sausage, bacon, peppers, onions, tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, etc.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
If you’re using sausage or bacon, crumble or cut it into bite-sized pieces and precook it. Otherwise, proceed as follows: Cover the bottom of the piecrust with the cheese. Layer other ingredients on top. Beat six eggs and pour over the other ingredients.
Bake until crust is browned and eggs are completely cooked (about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on your oven).
