Low-Carb Slow-Cooker Olive Turkey
-2-3 lbs. turkey drumsticks (about 2 drumsticks)
-1 regular-sized jar of salsa
-1 (2- or 3-ounce) can sliced black olives, undrained
-1/2 cup shredded colby cheese (for topping)
Place drumsticks in slow-cooker. Cover with salsa and olives (with brine/juice). Cook on HIGH for 4-5 hours or until internal temperature of 180F is reached.
Serve drumsticks with sauce scooped over them and sprinkled with colby cheese.
