Sugar-Free French Silk Pie
Ingredients:
Crust:
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2/3 c. finely chopped nuts
Filling:
3/4 c. butter
1 1/3 c. Splenda
2 tsp. vanilla
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
3 large eggs
Sugar-free Cool Whip
Directions:
Melt a stick of butter and mix it with flour and nuts. Press into the bottom and sides of a 10-inch pie pan and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
Melt unsweetened chocolate and remaining butter. Mix with Splenda and vanilla. Let cool. Add eggs one at a time, beating at high speed with an electric mixer for five minutes after each addition. Pour filling into crust, chill for several hours, and serve with sugar-free Cool Whip if desired.
